Small Earthmarks Ochre Carved Pot

A curved wheel thrown pot which has a diamond geometric pattern carved around the body. Slip trailed dots have been applied for additional texture.
Measuring approx 12.5cm tall x 8.5cm at its widest. 2.5cm meck diameter. 5cm base diameter.
Glazed with ochre celadon glaze to stoneware temperatures.
A tactile vessel which is as much about the pleasure of surface and touch it is about form - earthy, bold and quietly reminiscent of something ancient.
