FREE click and collect option available at checkout for collection from Fish St Gallery, St Ives, Cornwall by arrangement. 

  • I aim to ship out your chosen item/s within 1-2 working days of ordering. Depending on the size of your order I use Royal Mail or a courier (usually DPD) and send a confirmation email when they have been dispatched.

  • Parcels should be with you within 3-5 working days from date of postage. I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the chosen service provider.

  • I am only posting to mainland UK at the moment. If you live outside mainland UK and wish to make a purchase from me, please contact me to arrange.


When I first started making ceramics, the thought of sending them in the post filled me with horror. As a result, I tend to overdo my packaging so I never need to lose sleep about damaged pottery! 


I use honeycomb die-cut kraft paper to wrap your order. I have found it to be just as good as bubble wrap at protecting the contents. I also use eco-peanuts made from cornstarch for completing packing. These can be reused or composted.


Smaller items such as hearts and jewellery are well wrapped and posted in padded envelopes.


All other items are double boxed. I often use recycled cardboard boxes (generally big crisp boxes from our local shop - please do not worry about my health! As much as I love crisps, I am not the one eating them all. I am not!!). 

Paper packaging


I accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and send items back to me within 21 days of delivery. Once I have received the item/s back in original condition I will process your refund or exchange for the item/s (not including postage costs unless the reason for return is due to my fault).

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellation: If required, please request a cancellation before the item has been dispatched to you.
